Baronne Prévost
Hybrid Perpetual; Desprez, 1842

Date Planted: Spring 2003
Source: Trade
Exposure: Full sun

This rose is all about the blooms, for they are incredible! Huge, buxom and fragrant as all get-out. The color is a lovely silvery pink, similar in color to La Reine (they've been know to be confused in the past.)

My plant is still young, but it is showing very good vigor. The foliage is rather course in appearance and somewhat prone to mildew, but it's easy to overlook in order to get these amazing flowers.
