Cressida (AUScress)
(Conrad Ferdinand Meyer x Chaucer) Austin, 1983

Date Planted:  May 2002
Source:  Rose Trade
Exposure:  Full sun all day

This exquisite rose bided its time in a large pot until this spring (2003) when it finally found a spot in the ground. It is still getting settled into its new home, but I am expecting good things in the future.

The fragrance is delicious; a rich yet sweet blend of rose and myrrh, with fruit notes. The petals are delicious in salads, too.
