Mme. Joseph Schwartz Tea; Schwartz, 1880
Date Planted: June 2001 Source: Vintage Gardens Exposure: Full sun
A sport of Duchesse de Brabant, and sharing the same bushy, floriferous growth habit, Mme. Joseph Shwartz offers a multitude of globular blooms in a crystalline white, washed with pink. The
fragrance is delicious, too. Both roses (pictured together, below) are healthy, dependable roses in my garden. They take a while to build up into substantial
plants, so give them at least three years before passing judgement. To see more photos, visit the Photo Gallery! Return to Tea Roses
